me get this straight, we are taking illegally made uranium from Iran passing it around to two America hating countries who will make these plates and give them back to Iran. Now it didn't say these plates couldn't be used for weapons it just said Iran doesn't have the capacity to turn them into weapons. So what if they develop the capacity? Plus you are in a sense rewarding Iran for its illegal production of uranium. Dumb.
